With 14 years of industry agnostic exposure and the mission of bringing transformation and enlightenment to organizations and individuals, he founded Pragmatic Consultancy and Disha Institute of Management & Communication.
He has experience in IT, E-Commerce, Strategy Planning, BPR, Branding, Sales Channels Development, People Management and CXO Coaching. He is expert in transforming IT organisations, Service Companies, SMEs, Retail Chains and Family Run Business. He has been dealing with clients in India, UK, China, USA and Africa.
@Pragmatic, he act as thinker, business coach and mentor for others and own organization. He has produced remarkable results for various clients from diverse industries like IT, E-commerce, Retail, Jewelry Manufacturing, Telecom, Fashion, Educational Institutions, BPO, etc. As a trainer he has designed courses and led various Management Development Programs for Middle management, CXO and Business Owners.
As a contributor, He has been a panel member & speaker in Online Retail Conferences in India. He is actively engaged as mentor & part of validation panel for start-ups in India. He is invited faculty and conduct workshops at Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA) on Digital Commerce, Omni-Channel, Automation, etc. He has been delivering lectures in various business schools like KSBM, UWSB, IIPM, Future Group – Retail, etc.
He was nominated and given leadership award for “Excellence in Business Transformation” in 2016 and was part of selected 100 people to suggest Policies for Start-ups in Gujarat at Vibrant Gujarat 2017. In Me-Time he does painting, singing, writing and travelling to natural places on earth.
